1. We do not collect your images or documents

Files you open in PixelSquish are never uploaded. Every tool — compress, resize, crop, convert, remove background, watermark, rotate, favicon, stitch and batch edit — runs entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API. PDF, HEIC and TIFF files are decoded on your device by decoders your browser downloads, and your files never leave your device. We cannot store, view, or share them, because we never receive them.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, and the PDF, HEIC and TIFF decoders from jsDelivr. Like any web request, those services receive standard information such as your IP address and browser type — but not your files.

2. What we do collect

• Notification email — only if you type one in. We store the address, the page you signed up on and the time, and use it solely to let you know when a new tool opens.
• Contact form messages — if you write to us through the contact page, we store the email address you enter, your message, the time it was sent and your browser's user-agent string. They are used only to reply to you, never passed on and never used for marketing.
• An anonymous usage count — a single number counting how often the tools are used. It does not identify anyone.
• Language preference — stored in your browser's localStorage only; it is never sent to us.

3. Storage and deletion

Notification emails and contact messages are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. To have yours deleted, write to nealj1120@gmail.com and we will remove it.

3-1. Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which tools people actually use. Both set cookies, and Clarity records on-screen interaction (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling).

No images and no file names are included. Images never reach our servers, so they cannot be recorded, and we deliberately keep file names out of analytics events. What is sent is limited to actions such as "opened a tool", "added N files", "downloaded".

Browser tracking protection or an extension will block this collection, and every feature still works when it is blocked.

4. Advertising

This site serves ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
